“Did you know the Big Dipper’s not a constellation?”


“The Big Dipper. It’s not a constellation.”

“What the hell are you talkin’ about?”

“It’s not a constellation. The Big Dipper, I mean.”


“Stop saying that. It makes me want to punch you.”

“I can’t help it. It’s not. It’s an asterism.”

“A what?”

“An asterism.”

“An asterism?  Like a stroke?”

“No, no, no. That’s an aneurysm. This is an asterism. A recognizable group of stars…”

“Sounds like a stroke.”

“Well, it’s not.”

“At least we can agree on that.”

“There’s nothing to agree on! An asterism is a recognizable…”

“…group of blah, blah, blah. And how, Mr. Science, does that figure into my daily horoscope, hmmm?”
